Visitation in a Contemporary Art Exhibition at Oxo Wharf, London

I’m delighted that my latest painting, 'Visitation,' is about to be shown in a unique group exhibition at the Art Maze in the Bargehouse, Oxo Wharf, London, from December 13th to the 17th.

'Visitation.' is a mixed media painting of a rewilding meadow of wildflowers painted on a gloomy November day. Everything was a heavy moody grey but suddenly, the sun broke through briefly, making the sky a shimmering silver and transforming the damp foliage into a bright golden spectacle of joy and magic– it was a memorable moment frozen in time, a meeting of nature and emotion.

The exhibition location is unique and unconventional…it certainly appealed to me😊  it’s situated within Oxo Tower Wharf on the South Bank of the River Thames, just behind the famous Oxo Tower. Bargehouse is a vastly untouched, beautifully decaying, historical, urban warehouse made up of a series of thirteen very different spaces found through a maze of four floors. I look forward to sharing more photos from the show.

I will be attending the opening night December 12th from 6pm to 8pm please join me if you are in London.

If you can't make it in person, but would like more information about this or any of my large meadow paintings then please get in touch

I hope to see you at the Bargehouse!
